If you are using Netscape Navigator 3.0 and above or Internet Explorer 3.0 and above you are able to place secure orders.

during the order checkout process will begin with “https.” This indicates the use of a secure protocol that employs
encrypted communication, and is widely used on the World Wide Web for security-sensitive data such as payment transactions.

I keep getting an error message. Is my card not good?
There are many reasons why a credit card transaction can fail. One reason may be that your credit limit has been reached.
Other reasons may have nothing to do with your credit card, but rather with a credit card machine on our end or your bank's end.

How do I cancel an order?
Unfortunately it is nearly impossible to cancel an order once you have clicked on the "Complete Purchase" button.

Is a physical shipment available?
Unfortunately, most of our software is currently available only as a software download.

When a physical shipment is available, is it better to download or receive the physical shipment?
We recommend downloading because it is faster and less expensive. Downloading takes minutes rather than days or weeks,
and there are no shipping charges when you download.

Is there any advantage in receiving a physical shipment?
Not really. Since our software is designed specifically for distribution on the Internet, there is little difference
in what you get when you request a physical shipment. If you do request a physical shipment, the software is shipped
on a CD-ROM.

I lost my receipt. Can I get another copy?
Yes. You can review your order history and obtain a duplicate copy of a receipt by logging into

at our Customer Service Center.
