Is my order secure?

Can I order online without a credit card?

What credit cards do you currently accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Should I include dashes or spaces in the credit card number?
While unnecessary, spaces and dashes are acceptable in the credit card number.

I keep getting an error message. Is my card not good?
There are many reasons why a credit card transaction can fail. One reason may be that your credit limit has been reached. Other reasons may have nothing to do with your credit card, but rather with a credit card machine on our end or your bank's end. How do I cancel an order?
Unfortunately it is nearly impossible to cancel an order once you have clicked on the "Complete Purchase" button. However, we do offer a 30-day unconditional money-back-guarantee. Is a physical shipment available?
Our software is currently available only as a software download.

I lost my receipt. Can I get another copy?
Yes. You can review your order history and obtain a duplicate copy of a receipt by logging into My Account History at our Customer Service Center.
