Should I include dashes or spaces in the credit card number? While unnecessary, spaces and dashes are acceptable in the credit card number.

There are many reasons why a credit card transaction can fail. One reason may be that your credit limit has been reached.
Other reasons may have nothing to do with your credit card, but rather with a credit card machine on our end or your bank's end.

Is a physical shipment available?
Our software is currently available only as a software download.
I lost my receipt. Can I get another copy?
Yes. You can review your order history and obtain a duplicate copy of a receipt by logging into

at our Customer Service Center.
